Karin Freeland Episode 1

Are you experiencing overwhelm, fatigue or a loss of interest in activities you used to enjoy? If so, you might be struggling with burnout.

But it doesn't stop there! Burnout can also cause frequent illness, changes in sleep patterns, jaw clenching and self-doubt. And even that's not an exhaustive list of potential side effects from burnout.

That doesn't mean it's hopeless. There are absolutely things you can do to beat burnout!

In this episode, I'm joined by Dr. Kristen and Dr. Erin to uncover why America is so plagued by burnout and what you can do to overcome it.
