Have you ever wanted to make the leap into something different, but that little voice in your head held you back?

Sometimes the key to getting ahead is letting go. Curious how that works? Tune into this episode for the break down.

My guest Jess Galica is no stranger to reinventing her life. A former consultant at Bain & Company, she’s now an Author, seasoned tech leader helping GTM teams exceed business results, and an Executive Coach. She’s also a mom to two little ones, who values being a present mom.

Although it seems like she’s doing it all, she has been very focused on her top priorities and sets boundaries as necessary. Her focus helps her balance the things that matter most and let go of the rest.

In this episode of Rock Your Reinvention we discuss the following:

-      The importance of being intentional in your life, especially when evaluating tradeoffs.

-      Success doesn’t happen overnight, it’s a journey. Which means anyone can reinvent their life because you don’t have to be risky.

-      Why you have that empty pit in your heart and how to start filling it. Spoiler alert: Asking the big questions (How did I get here? What am I made for?) is normal and you’re not alone in your career crossroad.

-      Why fulfillment is hard to experience when you’re chasing a path that was meant for someone else. This is a powerful thought!

-      The tax on women at work, how that shows up in today’s corporations, and why it’s leading to burnout (physically, mentally, emotionally).

-      Plus, I loved how Jess was open about her challenges and how she’s overcome them.

If you’re ready to get ahead in your career and overcome your challenges, this is a must listen episode.
